POSITION:  INTERN ARCHITECT

 

Qualifications for Position:  Bachelor of Architecture + 3 years experience in job offered with experience with local building materials, interior design and preparation of construction documents.

 

Duties include: Applying knowledge of design plans for commercial, retail, residential projects for clients. A proven knowledge of local building materials, construction, methods, zoning, building codes – design interiors per client & functional use requirements. The ability to work with consultants & clients to determine functional and special requirements of projects. Preparation of construction documents & specifications. A proven ability to monitor construction on periodic basis for compliance.

 

Knowledge of most recent computer aided design software to prepare project designs and plans.
